What we count, and what we never do
Views and contact taps, as totals for your page. Never who.
Your page counts views and contact taps. A view is one open of your page. A contact tap is a tap on a way to reach you, such as WhatsApp, Call, Directions or Save contact.
Contact taps, in your Home, shows them for the last 7 or 30 days: your views and contact taps day by day, your busiest day, and the taps for each way to reach you.
Those totals are on Free. Breakdowns, such as the sources of your views, are part of Pro.
We count totals for a page, never who opened it. No id is made for anyone, and we don’t keep an IP address or device details: each view is cut down at once to a few plain classes, such as the country and phone or laptop.
Automated views are left out, and days follow your page’s time zone. Opening your own page counts as a view, like any other.
Pages set no cookies, except one that keeps a phone from being counted, for anyone who asks: “No cookies · Opt out” is under About this page.
