Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Linfolio, Inc. when you use Linfolio. We've kept it in plain words so you know where you stand.
Updated 26 October 2026
Who we are
Linfolio is run by Linfolio, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 131 Continental Dr, Ste 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Linfolio, Inc., and "you" means the person or business using Linfolio.
You can write to us any time at support@linfolio.com.
What Linfolio is
Linfolio helps you make a page for yourself or your business, publish it at its own link and share it. You can use it for free. Pro adds more sections, options and insights for a yearly or monthly price, shown on our pricing page.
By making an account or using Linfolio, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to make an account (16 or over in the European Union and the United Kingdom).
- Keep your sign-in email and WhatsApp number up to date, and don't share access to them. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- If you make a page for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business.
Your page and what you put on it
What you put on your page stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, display and share it as needed to run Linfolio: to show your page to visitors, make previews and share images of it, and keep backups. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups, which are deleted within 90 days.
You're responsible for what your page says. Only add words, photos, prices, links and contact details you have the right to use.
Rules for every page
Don't use Linfolio to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- trick people, for example with scams, fake shops, phishing or pretending to be someone else;
- sell or promote anything the law doesn't allow where you or your visitors are;
- share sexual content involving anyone under 18, or anyone's intimate images without their consent;
- harass or threaten people, or attack them for who they are;
- publish someone's private details without their permission;
- use someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights without permission;
- link to harmful software, or try to break, overload or get around the security of Linfolio;
- send spam, or collect visitors' details without telling them why.
We check links before they show on a page. A link we haven't been able to check yet shows as plain text until we have, and a harmful link is removed.
Anyone can report a page with Report on the page or by writing to support@linfolio.com. We review every report and may hide content, pause a page or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you what we did, why, and how to ask us to look again.
Plans and payments
Free costs nothing and has no time limit. Pro has a yearly and a monthly price, both on our pricing page. The checkout shows the final amount, with any tax, before you pay.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each year or month, at the price you agreed, until you turn renewal off. You can turn it off any time in your account. Pro then stays on until the end of the time you've paid for.
- On a yearly plan, we email you 30 days and 7 days before each renewal.
- If a payment fails, Paddle tries again. If it still hasn't gone through 7 days after the first try, Pro ends and your page carries on with Free. Pro sections are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you pay again.
- If we raise the price of Pro, you keep your current price for 12 months after the change, and we tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy: in short, a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first Pro payment.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time from your account settings. Your pages go offline straight away, you have 14 days to change your mind by signing in, and then we delete your data as our Privacy Policy explains.
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts visitors at risk, or that the law requires us to act on. If we close an account because it broke these terms, payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.
If we ever stop running Linfolio, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead and let you download your content first.
Our service
We work hard to keep Linfolio and your page online, fast and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Linfolio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we'll tell you before it happens.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Linfolio, Inc. isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about Linfolio is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.
If someone makes a claim against us because of what's on your page or because you broke these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, to the extent the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in Linfolio at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Linfolio after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can stop using Linfolio and delete your account.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Delaware decide any dispute, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim there.
Before going to court, please write to us at support@linfolio.com. We'll try to sort it out with you within 30 days.
